Answers:
What
is “Paid to surf”?
Basically: you sign up for free, download a “viewbar”,
view ads and get paid.
Why
are all these companies willing to pay me for nothing?
Advertising.
All of
the “Get paid to surf” companies and similar
programs are paying you to view or listen to
advertisements. They are simply paying you a percentage of their advertising
revenue. Advertisers
are constantly paying large amounts to promote products
and services to people such as yourself.
The theory is that the most effective way to
get you to see these ads is to pay you a percentage of
the advertising dollars.
Do
I really get paid for referring people to these
programs?
Yes.
How
can they afford to pay me for referrals?
It’s
a fairly straightforward system.
You get paid for the hours you surf as well as a
small portion for the hours your referrals and indirect
referrals surf. For
example, if a paid to surf company is paid $1 for every
hour you surf, they may pay you $.50, the person who
referred you $.10, The person who referred him/her $.05,
and the person who referred him/her, $.05 and the person
who referred him/her $.05.
That is a total of $.75.
The paid to surf company would then keep the
remaining $.25 as a profit.
Can
I join more than one program?
Yes. You
can join as many programs as you want.
Can
I run more than one viewbar at the same time?
Yes.
You can run as many as you want.
However, the more you run at once, the smaller
your Internet browser’s window will get.
A few Rainingcash.com users have even bought an
extra monitor that they use only to run Viewbars while
surfing the net.
Can
I use different computers with one program?
Yes.
However, You have to make sure that you never
have two computers running the same program at the same
time. All
of these companies will immediately assume you are
cheating their program and they will cut you off
immediately.
Are
these programs available all around the world?
Some
are. Some aren’t.
We’ve indicated below each program its
international availability.
Most programs that are only available in the United
States but plan to expand to other countries will still
allow international users to sign up and collect money
in their account.
Will my
private information be protected?
In most cases: yes.
Most of these companies will not sell your
information or give it away.
They may however, keep track of your interests to
help target ads to you in the future.
If you have any concerns, please be sure to check
each company’s Privacy Policy before signing up.
Are
these programs pyramid schemes?
Absolutely not. You don't have to buy
anything or pay a fee and none of these programs rely on
recruiting new members to make money. You will earn
money even if you never refer another single member to
the program. With these programs, no one loses anything.
In fact, there are only winners.

Commission’s site has to say about pyramid schemes and
multi-level marketing plans.
Will
I get loads of junk e-mail?
The mail you will receive will depend on the
options you choose when you sign up with each program.
You will be asked about your various interests and
whether or not you would like to receive future
notifications or promotions that are tailored to your
interests. Most of these programs also have their own optional
newsletters. If
you do not want to receive any mail, be sure to fill out
all of the forms correctly and pay attention to every
question and option.
Will
I be asked to give my credit card details?
No. You
would only ever be asked to provide this information if
you specifically request to purchase something.
The paid to surf
programs do not cost anything and therefore do
not require you to provide a credit card number.
Are
there any common rules or restrictions?
1) Absolutely no spamming. (sending unsolicited or
unauthorized e-mail or bulk e-mail or posting messages
to discussion forums or newsgroups)
2) Only one account per person
3) No “fake surfing” or attempts to cheat the
program in any way
4) Some companies require you to be 18 years old
How
much money can I make?
The potential is unlimited.
There
are a number of factors that determine how much you can
make:
1)
The number of programs you are running
2)
The number of hours you are using each program
3)
The number of referrals you have
4)
The number of hours your referrals use each
program.
Most
paid to surf companies pay between $0.20 and $0.80 for
every hour you surf. Some of them will limit the number
of hours you can surf in a month.
But there are more than enough programs that
there aren’t any overall limitations on getting paid
to surf. Most
companies will pay between $.08 and $.10 for every hour
your direct referrals surf and between $.01 and $0.07
for every hour your indirect referrals surf the web.
Some companies will pay you for as many as 7
levels of referrals.
How
do I get paid?
Most companies will send you a check
at the end of each month or when your account reaches a
specific dollar amount (ie. $30).
How
can I get more referrals?
1)
Tell your friends and family about these programs.
2)
You can make flyers or cards with your referral numbers
on them to pass out to your friends and family.
You must be very careful not to hand out flyers
to people who you don’t know or who aren’t
interested because that may be considered spamming.
You should also be careful posting flyers on
bulletin boards or in public places.
3)
Place links to the programs on your web site if you have
one. Most
of these companies will provide you with a referral link
url that allows them to automatically track your
referrals when they sign up.
4)
Place a small ad in your local paper with your referral
link address.
Caution:
Do not post to discussion forums or chat
rooms even if it says that it is ok. Many people have
recently been reported for spam.
Most of these companies are very arbitrary and
will cut you off immediately if one person reports that
you are spamming.
